Delegates who submit applications to attend a special convention of Jehovah’s Witnesses have provided personal data, such as their name, date of birth, address, phone number, and other information. Delegates have already agreed in their applications to the use of this information by the branch office of Jehovah’s Witnesses hosting the special convention including by those individuals serving on hospitality committees who schedule events and activities in conjunction with the special convention.
Individuals who volunteer to assist the branch office in hosting the special convention submit on this web site information such as their name, date of birth, address, phone number, and other information. By submitting their information on this web site, volunteers agree to have their information used by the branch office of Jehovah’s Witnesses hosting the special convention including by those individuals serving on the hospitality committees.
Delegates and volunteers can access the personal data they submitted in the login section of this website. Hospitality committees also have access to the personal data of both delegates and volunteers on this website as needed so they can care for the needs of delegates attending a convention in their area and contact volunteers for assistance. The delegates’ personal data is used exclusively for caring for travel and travel-related needs of delegates during the special convention. The volunteers’ personal data is used exclusively for volunteer services in connection with the special convention.
Each hospitality committee will have access only to the personal data of delegates assigned to the convention being hosted in their city and volunteers for that special convention. The data will be used exclusively for convention planning, and will be deleted after the convention as soon as it is no longer needed.
This website may be hosted on a server located in a country that does not have data protection laws. By applying to be a delegate to a special convention or by volunteering to assist the branch office in connection with a special convention, all delegates and volunteers expressly consent to this. Delegates and volunteers also consent to the use of this website and the use and disclosure of their information as described above.
Personal data will not be disclosed to anyone other than as described above unless reasonably necessary to satisfy applicable laws or regulations. Any personal data submitted will not be sold, traded, or rented under any circumstances.

In this event, a delegate may no longer qualify to attend the special convention or a volunteer may not qualify to provide volunteer services.
